Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (2007-2009)
This anime in general has funny jokes, a pretty interesting art style (simple line art, uses many textures and patterns for some of the characters clothing) alongside a lot of many wacky and likable characters, and I think this show has some social commentary stuff too, at least in the 2000's.
I might read the manga as well one day. I also enjoy the sound track in this anime as well too.
I'll find more episodes for other Sayonara Sensai anime as well too, at least more than just a few episodes from Wcoflix.tv
