[#2] Search Query Improvements

PostgreSQL's default querying is different from Lucene's (which is what was previously used prior to the switch from Firebird). This affects searching via specific fields (like mimetypes, urls, etc.) in particular.

I should create a custom search query parser that more closely matches what we had with Lucene.
