[#131] Support misfin notifications instead of email

It would be great if Bubble allowed users to get notifications via misfin instead of email if they choose. This would also provide an easier way to set up Bubble with notifications for admins who don't have an automated email sending service they want to use with Bubble.

A good idea, yes.

Another benefit of using Misfin here is that Bubble will be able to immediately present status information wrt success or failure, TOFU issues, etc. Currently there is no feedback mechanism for Bubble to receive email transmission errors.
