[#59] Notification history

Having notifications disappear forver after having been read is convenient for clearing the Dashboard, but sometimes you'll want to get back to a specific notified post/comment later.

The notifications should not be deleted instantly, but only hidden. There should be a separate "Past notifications" page where you can see N days of old notifications.

This would also help with the issue that the notification URL becomes non-functional instantly after opening.
