[#134] Empty Gemini page doesn't show site banner

If an empty Gemini page requested from a capsule is dislayed in Lagrange, the top-most banner with the capsule icon and name, which is not part of the page and automatically inserted by Lagrange, is not visible.

I'd except it to be visible on all media type text pages.

Edit: I just realized that the banner is not visible, but still clickable.
