My Chili Recipe (Glutton Free)
Seasoning Mix
2 Tbsp - Chili Powder
2 tsp - Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp - Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp - Garlic Powder
1 tsp - Onion Powder
1 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Pepper
2 lbs Pork Sausage is what I used originally, but lately I've been using 2lbs Lean Beef.
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
3x 14oz Beans I usually mix it up kidney, black, and pinto
8 oz Tomatoe Sauce
8 oz Tomatoe Paste
Brown the meat and strain (with the lean beef I've skipped the strain to help the flavor). Mix everything in and bring to boil. Then lower heat an simmer for 10 minutes. Cut heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
