carrot cake recipe I stole from a friend
Ingredients (cake) :
4 eggs
250 g brown sugar 50 g grated ginger 190 g neutral/vegetable oil 280 g flour
5 g cinnamon powder
7 g baking powder
370 g grated carrot
-> add some extra spices to the cinnamon powder :D grind some cloves & nutmeg together, with a little bit of pepper!
(Cream cheese frosting and filling) :
340 g cream cheese
~ 1 tsp lemon juice
125 g powder/confectioners sugar
125 chopped walnuts
Procedure:
preheat the oven to 180°C or 375°F ! Set your dish(es) and bake for 30-35 minutes ~ fill the cake & decorate it with the cream cheese and some more walnuts — enjoy!
