[#12] Fix tag sync and implement proper GMAP settings

What the title says.

• tools.Tag uses cfg.TagSync. What is GMAP: true for anyway, then?
• Figure out Sent and Drafts and maybe talk to skyjake about implementing this bit of GMAP in Lagrange
• Note TagSync in settings as well as config struct
• Clarify what everything does for the user in settings
