Blue flowers, porcelain skin

I wanted to make another one of these pale Bjd dolls with blue flower "tattoos" on her arms and face.

I also had a dream a few years ago about a fictional anime that's about these pale porcelain ball jointed dolls with blue floral tattoos on them, and an OP song that uses electric guitars and some singing, but I couldn't understand them. It doesn't sound like the usual Japanese either. And then a 1 minute traditional drawing of one of the 5 main characters of this anime that doesn't exist.
