eye contact and job interview today at some gathering, someone was telling about the job interview candidates, and that one of them was not able to keep eye contact. it wasn't understood, was i guess misinterpreted as lack of self esteem. one woman said - that's fine, maybe he is autistic. anyway, just wanted to say that many people don't know how painful can be to look in the eyes and how comfortable is to avoid it for some of us. and how easy is to misinterpret it.
