After many years of not having a GB, I've installed the relevant core onto my RetroArch PC. I'm back in vertical shooter heaven playing Solar Striker 👾😁

I've never played a lot of actiony games on the Gameboy, I should explore some of that stuff. I've always been an adventure game/puzzle game kinda person on GB but I've been digging through a lot of different stuff on it lately. Though I should probably stop doing that and focus on the few games I'm actually trying to play through lmao

Shooter scrollers are awesome! I loved playing RType and RType 2 on the gameboy!
