Looking to start
Hello,
I am insterested in Ham radio, and would like to know how to become an operator.
I am French, so I'd need some pointers to how to start in France.

I would think you'll want to check out the French equal to our American ARRL for some information. It seems too be the REF and they have this web site though I cannot read French. The American Radio Relay League has listings for information and testing and support and rules so I think the French site must do the same.
