Sounds like it! I have not yet migrated to QMK (VIAL really) because of the HRMs misfires. They work really well on Kanata and keyd, I'll just wait until these improvements make it upstream before I try again.

Chordal Hold for better Home Row Modifiers in QMK — I have been following a pull request that seems to significantly improve the reliability of home row modifiers for QMK users. I hope it's available in VIAL's port of QMK soon too. I thought I'd share in case there are some QMK users around.
