Can you build "apps" for it or some sort of UI's? Would love to try one of these just to run some "scripts" on it.

You definetly can, I do remember that there were some tight memory limits that I used to run into though.

New palm device in my collection — Happy to receive a Palm Tungsten T3 today, such a cool little device which has a slide-out screen and sports bluetooth, sd card and an audio jack. Bluetooth should come in handy to set up an internet connection. Originally sold for about €400, now mine for only €8. Took some pictures of it with my Zire 71
