It's not really bad thankfully, but I've been connected to the internet using Windows 7 for a long while, I just make sure to use software that's secure using Jotti and Filescan.io.
Usually when I connect to the internet using Windows 7, I always go to the "public network (bench)" for public areas or the "home network (house)" for my personal area, and then putting in the password for the internet connection iirc.

I think it's more dangerous without a firewall. But stay off sketchy sites.

Talking about my X61 ThinkPad Tablet + R3dfox — I want to talk about my ThinkPad Tablet for a little bit, and to also cheer me up about why I enjoy my Windows 7 32bit machine. I like that I can carry it around in a laptop bag, and it's square shaped, and I'm not sure if there's more newer laptops that are square shaped. But back on topic, I also like that my X61 ThinkPad Tablet has a stylus as well too, and a touch screen. My only cons is that I'll probably give it a slightly bigger hard drive,...
