@Half_Elf_Monk A tinylog is a simple gmi file on your capsule where you accumulate short entries in reverse chronological order with a header as a timestamp like "## 2025-04-15 09:30 CEST". After that comes maybe a reply line to the entry you are replying to. It's a pretty easy format (if you don't mess up the time zones). Then you have a list of other tinylogs which you can view in a reverse chronological list and reply to entries if you want.

To view the list of tinylogs you usually use GTL from @bacardi55, although it has some bugs and outstanding patches to be merged.

โ€” My tinylog as an example

โ€” My collection of tinylogs in a list to use with GTL

@bacardi55 wants to update the RFC (especially the time/date format) before he'll merge the patches to GTL. But I can only advise you to include the patches yourself in your build of GTL and use an international timeformat with an UTC offset as TZ if your timezone is not common (they're not standardaized afaik).

I try to gather all the tinylogs I can get to make a most up-to-date list of them. For now I've accumulated 76 tinylogs.

I'm not sure what will happen if you have a really big tinylog but some people are very talktive on the tinylogs, but I haven't experienced any problems at least in that regard.
