They don't want to list projects with such license because of language used? Otherwise it doesn't make sense.

Personally I appreciate the clear intent of this 'license', but I've been advised by IP lawyers that public domain does not exist in many countries. In addition, the foul language is likely to put off the courts from taking it seriously. I try to keep expletives where they belong, as comments and an occasional identifier.
