I have actually seen a similar error a couple of times. It seems very infrequent and certainly related to some kind of concurrent accesses to the database. I should add additional logging and see if the cause can be pinpointed.
The error suggests simply retrying the database transaction, so maybe that could be a sufficient solution here.

not sure how can you repeat it, or even if that is a bug, still maybe logs will reveal something: i was doing fast clicks and pressed back button then click again and that explosion with the attached message happened. about ten minutes ago.
