Bom dia! 😃 Practice a little every day. Find things that are well-written in English on topics you enjoy. Read and listen to lots and lots of material created for native speakers. Watch movies and TV with both English audio and subtitles. Ask Martin from Station for other advice. 😃

also, if you already speak/understand Spanish in addition to Portuguese, Language Transfer has a good audio course of English for Spanish speakers.

Just use it. Find somewhere you want to participate or that has info only in English and go do it.

Join an active IRC channel that's English-language and is related to a topic you're interested in. Basically, practice conversation.
