reading, I can't help but think about faker repo. he didn't want to his free work to be used in Fortune 500 companies and deleted it, causing massive issues.
I think it's trying to establish a sense that important software that is still "open to contributions" e.g. free work can be used without the risk of one person deleting it and breaking everything
