nasin pu la, "en" doesn't work like this. en combines subjects only, so this is ungrammatical.

this is roughly "in the context of commanding you to communicate in a me way, I talk badly" which I don't understand.
did you mean "if I communicate badly, talk to me?" That would be "mi toki ike la o toki tawa mi" although if your intent is to get corrections, "mi toki ike la, o pona e toki mi" might be better ("if I communicate poorly, improve my communication")
