My Projects

I have been a tech guys since around 1985 while I was in the US Army. Now, over four decades later, I am still in the IT business (well, sort of, now I manage the analyst side of things... tech meaning research and a lot of meetings!) but have been finding a new love of where old tech merges with new tech.

These projects are part of that new found joy in tech that had been waning for the past 10 years.

I know people (especially those in the small web community it seems) are not fans of AI, however, I am and I personally believe AI has been responsible for a lot of old tech to resurface in new and unique ways as well as breathing new life into people (like me) who were finding tech to be stale. Sure, there is some unsavory things associated with AI, but there are a a lot of good. The small web is a nice place to discard all the bad things about AI and use it for good. That my two-cents anyway.

So here are some projects I have (and some I still am) worked on. Some might seem dull, some might seem irrelevant, but for me, it's brought me hours of enjoyment, frustration, and learning skills I either did not have or was mediocre at best, to new levels.
