Biography
I am a young person from England, currently preparing to study cybersecurity and forensics at Edinburgh Napier University in September. I have dabbled in web development since the early-2010s, starting out with basic text webpages before eventually gaining enough knowledge to make the web version of this site. I have had a keen interest in computers from an early age, and have exclusively used Linux on my PCs since 2019.
I has shown irreverence towards religion since I lost my faith in humanity during 2020. After simply being an atheist for around two years, I eventually became an existentialist.
In 2021, after a brief period of questioning, I began coming out as non-binary, abrosexual, and ambiamorous. Later, in 2024, I figured out I was aromantic and (on an unrelated note) got a referral for autism diagnosis.
Provided I get the grades I need, I will be studying cybersecurity and forensics at uni later this year.
My Computers
As of February 2024, the original Pearl (a MacBook2,1 A1181) has been retired in favour of Pearl-II.
As of May 2024, the original Spinel (a Raspberry Pi 3B+) has been replaced by Spinel-II.
As of September 2024, Pearl-II (a MacBookPro11,1 A1502) has been damaged beyond use.

- My preferred pronouns are they/them.
- I'm mid-to-late Gen Z, but I relate more to Zillennials.
- I drink ominously large amounts of tea.
- My favourite curry is chicken tikka masala.
- My favourite whisky is Glenmorangie.
- I hope to one day become a writer for Doctor Who, alongside my brother.
- I think flat design sucks, MiniDV has a perfect balance between quality and organic-ness, and not everything should be "smart".
- I once coded an entire web browser while waiting for my online English lesson to start during lockdown.
