- Check validity of a Logstash configuration:
logstash --configtest --config {logstash_config.conf}
- Run Logstash using configuration:
sudo logstash --config {logstash_config.conf}
- Run Logstash with the most basic inline configuration string:
sudo logstash -e 'input {} filter {} output {}'
