An alternate web that's only text with links and minimal formatting. Pages load very fast even on slow connections & old hardware because they're 1 tiny file. You can link to images, but not put them in a page itself.
You can find the same kinds of things you would on personal websites: blogs, hobbies, interests, etc.
People tend to like it for:
