 They are trying to figure out what is the problem In my gem.
They all conclude that It is a mental problem that could affect my gem.
Meaning you are the only person to help me.

 Okay then, let’s see into your mind.

There she enters her mind and only sees a single path. 
Memories strewn about. There is one  that is more distorted than the rest.
At the end of the path there is a an object, a conglomerate of 80’s clocks.
There a memory began to fall apart, it is going slowly, but it is better to say it than now.
So, White returns back to home and breaks the news.

 I have memorized all of the issues humans had and there I pinpointed one on this gem.

After this point our time of pre-dimential bliss is now over with a single diagnosis.

White
 You got dementia, A untreatable terminal disease that affects the elderly.
Usually, humans get dementia, but yet you have it.
For, this we could name it, GemCrash for it cashes the memories and distorts them

Soon, after depression and denial takes hold. That which leads to the second year.

Well, im back! Spring break is over and now I will continue this work.

My next break will be at summer unless, I do summer school.

Let’s hope that this never happens.
