flashback to BeOS days: just cloned rpi sd to emmc and put in a rpi4-4GB - up and ran. eeprom needed update obviously but apart from that cloned:_)

Man, if I could use Haiku as a daily driver I totally would. Unfortunately, I need to dive into the cesspool that is the Web for a lot of what I do right now and Haiku has never had amazing web browsers. ยท 3 years ago

I miss BeOS so much. At some point I had 4 OSs in my machine and BeOS was actually my daily driver. ยท 3 years ago

Haiku on a Pi 4/400 would be a dream. It's being worked on according to the blog posts, but no ETA.

agreed! haiku on arm seems out of reach for now - in time i hope to get an old pc in storage with BeOS running again:-) for now debian xfce:-) ยท 3 years ago
