- teach kids what it means for a space to be clean. Desk clean on top, clean underneath with pictures. 
- class jobs! Table jobs?

- WHOLE SCHOOL: Rewards for no tardies? Special events or like an ice cream social during study hall or pizza? 
- Not yanking on the damn sinks all the time
- Working with partners "if you are weird about who you are partnered up with for a small project in the real world you are considered weird, immature, and you are fired." I am usually flexible with groupings and want people to work with friends, but in return everyone needs to feel included. No one can be left out.
