Alhena 4.5.7
Alhena 4.5.7 is out. New features including true streaming on all protocols and five optional audio visualizations. You can turn off streaming (and gain seek) if you're philosophically opposed for whatever reason. That said, it's a better experience and the only way to listen to Gemini and/or HTTP "radio" stations.
GitHub now has a link to the native compiled version for Linux users. I wasn't sure if it I'd continue with it since the build process requires a thorough run through before compiling. The last I checked, 18 people downloaded the compiled version. Not a lot but enough for me to keep it up to date - at least for the moment.

As my comments seemed to have been totally misunderstood last time ... I have no objections to streaming, especially from servers that are there specifically for that!

I checked it out and I love it
