did anyone successfully recover ssd that is not recognized by bios and os?

i have nvme m.2 which stopped being recognized after in a backpack, my sleeping laptop woke up, exhausted battery, overheated and turned off.

i was checking the drive with smartctl from time to time, last time about a month ago and it was perfectly okay.

i am trying now power cycle method, but m.2 has no separate data and power cables, i isolated the longer part with paper and put it in its place, this way the laptop doesn't try to use this as drive for long time before showing something and booting, it shows logo and boots to bios very fast.

I've had some success recovering data from broken drives using R-Linux in the past. Maybe give that a go

thank you! I just read and it looks like it can be used in case the disk is recognized. but mine is not.

and on baking i have read more and realized that one can't do that in an oven in which the food will be prepared. so i keep the ssd but yes, not much hope.
