Picolisp for FreeBSD (at tildegit.org)

I got picolisp to work on FreeBSD (I think, I am still doing some tests, but it seems to work).

I should really make a proper port, but the way it likes to install is by creating a symlink to the entire pil21 directory right into /usr/local/lib/ and again, to /usr/local/share... I am not sure it's an acceptable way to do it... What do you think?
