Lapsang Souchong - I came across this tea many years ago in a teashop near my house. It's a smoked tea, and it tastes the way a wet campfire smells the morning afer a night outdoors. I've still not tried to cook with it, but perhaps it would make a nice tea egg or tiramisu. I will experiment and report back. If you can get your hands on it, please try it.
