After learning Emacs is on Android as well, I'm considering moving my world building project over to it, but there's something I need to know. Can I have a word link to another text file, and have that link stay when transferring over to PC and vice versa? For example, a word I made links to a text file explaining its meaning. I had asked about Doom running in Doom Emacs earlier and it left me wondering, what uses are there for Emacs besides things like coding? I don't code at all or use the terminal aside from some simple installations, running something from it if it doesn't run from the GUI shortcut, and just barely managing to compile protracker 2.3d clone once. I know about using it for writing, which I had planned on doing, but settled on obsidian then Joplin since it was open source so I could write on my pc...

Is there a video of Doom running in Emacs? Trying to search for it has just brought up videos about doom emacs with plenty of references to the game, but nothing of it actually running in Emacs. It'd only be fitting to see if Doom Emacs can run doom.

tried making an emacs refcard that wasnt as boring as the gnu refcard. gave up on pg 1 because i realised that one worked fine as-is :'] anyway i might check out setting up my email on emacs once i fix my hyprland config....

I found a way to upload emacs buffer to 0x0.st using some help from #emacs on libera.chat. here is my init.el it's rather small but it's something I made from scratch. however I wanted the region-to-0x0 function to copy the returned url to clipboard. someone on IRC suggested to use kill-new but I couldn't figure out how to do it properly.

Elpher certificate map — So, apparently to use certificate maps in elpher I have to use setq, customization does not work. Weird. Or it wants a different syntax for those two field (quotes?). In any case, (setq elpher-certificate-map '(("[gemini link]" "file-name-part"))) worked, yay!
