TI-99/4a Unix -like OS

I am definitely going to try it out when I get back to my TI. I got a PEB expansion with 32K, untested, and can't wait to do something.

UNIX and UNIX-like on 16-bits and kilobytes of memory still feels like black magic to me, even though it's the origin of UNIX.
