Yes that is the one. It was fun to build and not too dificult. I have had it on Pensacola bay Florida.

Are there any sailers of Topper dinghies around here? I own the boat with sail number 12970, built in 1979. Just last weekend, we took it for a regatta at the SCLM sailing club on Laacher See — great fun. I would like to encourage more Topper sailors in this region.
