nothing, as it changes the taste of tea. i prefer the subtle aromas of full leaf teas. though occasionally ok, i avoid the bitter, strong broken leaf (powdery) teas common here in the west.

If by tea you mean coffee, then my favorite snack is cookies, specially shortbread cookies.

Once in a blue moon I'll buy a pack of dark chocolate Digestives and have them with black tea with milk. Otherwise however, I usually just enjoy my tea with nothing else, unless it's breakfast/lunch.

I guess which kind of tea would be a big factor but assuming we're talking black tea with milk... biscuit/cookie, scone with jam and cream, or perhaps a toasted teacake/hot cross bun with butter.

Favorite snack to have with tea? I used to make a tea just as i’d get home from school or work and have a bowl of walnuts with it, just wondering what you may pair with sipping on a nice hot cup of tea
