Yes, if you can get koreader on it you should be able to use gemini://gemini.thegonz.net/gemini.koplugin/ (also available in koreader-contrib). It is also possible to cross-compile some simple terminal clients, but if you only have an on-screen keyboard they're not so great to use. Hopefully the plugin is better.
