I've always had cdn.openbsd.org as the ports and base domain, I don't think I ever saw the other one in use in fact

It seems that it was ghosts in my machine. You're correct, chilledfrogs, that cdn.openbsd.org is supposed to be what's in there. www ended up in mine somehow and the mailing list cleared up the confusion. Turns out this is a non-problem.

It looks like the OpenBSD web infrastructure is messed up as of 20251022. The /pub/OpenBSD directory is inaccessible on openbsd.org and www.openbsd.org. [http link] [http link] is inaccessible Thankfully the cdn mirrors are still (apparently) ok. /etc/installurl can be patched to use them. [http link] [http link] is still accessible. Has anyone else noticed this?
