welcome back. I took 6 or so months off about 6 months ago. gemini is Gemini. nice and slow around here so you didn't miss much. it's like a soap opera - jump back in anytime.

What changed for me is that I decided that if I didn't show some kind of support, however meagre, I couldn't complain if the whole thing died.

Well firstly, I now exist, so there’s that!
But really tho, I’ve been meaning to try to genuinely be on the geminispace for a while now, and was reminded that I should revisit it from a video on the enshittification of the mainstream web through AI and stuff like that.
It’s great here honestly, I’ll definitely stick around.
