It does not have to be focused. In fact some of the more interesting reading comes from people exploring the overlaps and margins of topics or skip around...
It's not like it's a job...
Write whatever you feel like that day!

Don’t worry about it, just write. I think as long as you update your capsule occasionally, you’ll find people taking an interest. And it’s worth doing it just for yourself, too. It’s fun, it’s an interest — just do it! Write about anything that interests you.

+1 for mental health but also agree that capsules don't have to be laser-focused. Plenty of capsules have different sections with different topics!

I’ve been thinking of starting a capsule, but I’m unsure about what the topic should center on. I would mostly like to avoid being too tech focused and do something no one else is likely doing. Maybe I’ll make a whole thing on mental health, treatments, and other stuff regarding that topic. What do you think?
