This capsule is logging your IP address when you visit. It's almost entirely ignored. The exception is if there's a problem, like the @#%$& person who requests the same file over and over. Having the IP allowed me to... not do much beside curse a Vodafone user in Italy. And the people using cloud providers to run crawlers that don't understand how relative links work: you suck too.
