Summary: Bavarian Parliament is expected to debate the EPO scandals later this week
THE EPO is based or primarily located in Bavarian territories; hence, the politicians there (local government, not Maas who is part of the problem with his political party) can potentially intervene and save the EPO from the lunatic dictator/tyrant. Gabi Schmidt’s role has probably been most remarkable. Will she succeed? Earlier today SUEPO wrote about this in German, together with the corresponding PDF. Well, perhaps a good translation will turn up some time soon. The above-named politicians wish to finally guarantee fundamental rights of the staff of the European Patent Office.
