Man, I am really in bad shape. This morning I went for a jog, and it destroyed me. I was able to clock merely 4 miles before succumbing, and right now I feel exhausted. I admit that I slacked off this winter, and this was my first jog in a long long time; also, the temperature was easily pushing in the low 80s, so it was less than ideal. But then again, I hoped not to be completely DESTROYED by it. It felt good though.

I spent a week living in the Japanese time zone because there was the plenary meeting for my experiment, meaning I had to log in at 6PM and log out around 4AM or so (or until collapse). Today I went to work, actually looking forward to meeting my colleagues, after a week of no social interactions: turns out today and tomorrow it's a holiday, and I had no idea. Oh well, time to stay home another couple days. And no, my colleagues are lame and nobody wants to go out to get drinks.
