Oh my fucking god I am so stupid. Remember when I thought I was banned on Antenna. Yeah, that wasn't the case at all. I have a slight form of number dyslexia and for some reason, after about a week ago I consistently dated new entries in my gemlogs to 2024 instead of 2026. Well, at least I got the "simulated" situation of being banned. But my points about centralisation and power structures were already there before that, it just made them a more urgent thing to deal with for me. Alas, there are new and more aggregators out there now and federation is on the table which is a thing I am genuenly happy to see.

Saying "fight the power" before "fuck liberals" already being very antithetical to 'fighting the power' and misaligned RIGHT in the SAME LINES as "trans rights" is so mixed up, confused, very clueless about what's EVER worked towards trans rights (which is a strawman on this thread anyways, and the person who got ran out WAS trans) AND AFTER thinking you were banned from such a place until realizing -you- messed up but still saying this nonsense lmao. @ranja naw naw I never meant to imply you were making a moral judgement, which you've also made statement to such as well even in the article to do with what might've happened (you might want to edit an addendum to the article btw in case you haven't already). I'm more calling attention the matter of giving any notion of "power structure" strength to do with venues over a protocol everyday people host by their own effort.
