What's your favorite guided meditation?
I've been meditating on and off since maybe ten years or so, but not for the last year. I'm looking to pick it up again with a new voice guiding me. I used to like Sam Harris' rational approach, but find that it doesn't appeal to me anymore. Do you have any tips?

I listen to bi-neural songs and think about people I dislike. I think about what they did to me and try to forgive them. grudges are a poison to the soul that eats you up slowly inside even if you don't actively think about them.

Have you tried Medito? It's a foundation offering free meditations (I know of an android app).

@daruma Is there a way to listen to past broadcasts? Or is it live only?

@Eulenspiegel I haven't heard of them, but I'm installing the app now. Thanks!

I mostly did silent breath-focused meditation many years ago. More recently I have been listening to drone music as a focus point.
Its not free, but I guess monks need to eat too, but I am a couple months into doing tergar.org and enjoying it. Have been on/off the cushion for 10 years or so. Personally I think 'mindfulness' without the rest of the 8 fold path is somewhat pointless.
