In your opinion, is 70ยฐC too high for a CPU? I'm running an ARM server (on my router) and won't migrate to more powerful hardware since it would be noisy. Perhaps I can optimize the processes by prioritizing which ones to shut down... but I won't also hibernate some useful services such as radio retransmitter.

risc-v computer easy way to obtain a risc-v computer today is to order a tablet from pine64 [https link] here it has almost same price as pinetab2 but pinetab2 is more powerful, has more matured drivers and software. both are practically laptops, i doubt it will be convenient to use those as tablets, but i can imagine they can run xfce/mate or of course fvwm, dwm, windowmaker very fast. alas both are also less powerful than pinebook pro, which is now unavailable and will never be produced...
