Hace tiempo = long ago
¿Qué tiempo hace? = what´s the weather
De tomo y lomo = greatly, outright, downright, totally? I think
De claro en claro = perfectly clear (literally); from dusk till dawn, or more like from dawn till next dawn; until the bitter end, etc.
