i can NOT deal with people who's entire personality is their religion. yes, good for you! i'm so happy that you're so strongly entrenched in your beliefs and that they make you happy. it's just that i don't want to hear about it! i have my beliefs, and I'M happy with them. you don't see me going around telling people "look at my beliefs! these are the things i believe!" because that's ANNOYING and NOBODY WANTS THAT.

An interest in hosting — I find myself drawn to pubnixes, but - I've said this before - I don't really feel drawn to the communities inside them. They all seem more tech-centric than I'm comfortable with. So, today, as I browse Gemini in search of a new way to host my capsule, I had a thought - why not make a gemini hosting service like a pubnix, but without the need for SSH or a web browser? Yestercities officially shutting down. A while ago I posted about issues connecting to the server and such, and just now after checking on it there was a notice instead of my capsule. The host I was using (yesterweb cities) for my gemlog & such seems to have vanished... Luckily, I have a backup of my files in case such a thing happened, though I'm not sure what to do now. I'm about to email their contact that I found on the https site, but I'm still going to have to find somewhere else to host if I can't really trust that one... any recommendations? (Preferrably less technical, as per my limited knowledge in ssh and such... [and also tilde communities scare me])

Finishing Touches — My little capsule is now in a spot where I feel okay sharing it. I still have a lot that I want to do, mostly organization, making everything fit together, and making it look pretty, but as of right now I'm happy with where it is. Suggestions/critique welcome!!

A home to call my own — I've wanted to make my own gemlog for a while, but... I'm not really that technical in that regard. I'm too busy to set it all up.
